FAMILY CASSEROLE 
2 c. wide noodles
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion
1 c. cottage cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/4 - 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Cook wide noodles until barely tender and drain. Brown hamburg and onion. Add cottage cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk and cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can be made on top of stove. Very good.
