8 slices bread
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. chopped celery
1 c. shredded cheese
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. mustard
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten

Spread half of bread with butter. Arrange 4 slices in bottom of 8 inch square baking dish. Toast lightly at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. While bread is toasting, brown meat and onion and celery, mix mustard. Spread over toasted bread. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover with remaining bread slices to make sandwiches. Combine eggs and milk, pour over bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
