HEAVENLY SQUASH 
3 lb. yellow squash or zucchini, sliced
2 c. cooked cream style corn or canned
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp. mixed dried herbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all well and pour into oiled 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 325 degrees about 1 hour until knife in center comes out clean.
