CARAMEL HEAVENLIES 
12 double graham crackers
2 c. marshmallows (small ones)
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sliced almonds
1 c. coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer crackers in 15 1/2" x 10 1/2" pan. Sprinkle with marshmallows. In medium saucepan combine butter, sugar and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar is melted. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Spoon evenly over marshmallows. Sprinkle with almonds and coconut. Bake 12 to 14 minutes until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack and cut in 3" squares. Cut in half for triangle. Makes 2 1/2 dozen. 130 calories each. Refrigerate for 2 weeks.
