OATMEAL FUDGE COOKIES 
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
3 c. oats
1/2 c. peanut butter

Boil sugar, cocoa, milk and butter for 3 to 4 minutes. Add oats and cook for a little while, then add peanut butter. Drop by a teaspoon on waxed paper.

HINT: When making plain oatmeal cookies toast the uncooked oatmeal to a golden brown in the oven before mixing into dough. This gives the cookies a delicious nutty flavor.
