ZUCCHINI WITH ITALIAN MEAT SAUCE 
6 sm. zucchini
Green pepper & onions, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. basil
1 bay leaf
20 oz. can chopped tomatoes
Salt
Pepper

Melt butter, add flour. Add seasonings, round steak, tomatoes, peppers and onions. Cook slowly for ten minutes. Slice zucchini thin (do not peel or parboil). Arrange in low buttered casserole and pour meat sauce ovr zucchini. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4.
