PINEAPPLE TORTE | |
1 pkg. crushed graham crackers 1 stick butter, melted 1/4 c. sugar 1 lg. can pineapple, crushed and drained 1/4 c. milk 24 lg. marshmallows 1 pt. heavy cream Blend first 3 ingredients and line 9 inch pie plate or torte pan with graham cracker mixture. Bake 3-5 minutes at 350 degrees; cool. Melt marshmallows in milk and Cool Whip cream; fold in marshmallows and pineapple. Pour in pan. Refrigerate overnight. Light and refreshing! |
