CHICKEN IN GRAVY 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet (Browning sauce)
Salt & pepper
Flour (1 c.) in plastic bag

Cut chicken into serving size pieces. Shake pieces in plastic bag with flour to coat chicken. Brown onion in 2 tablespoons oil. Add chicken pieces and brown lightly. Add Kitchen Bouquet, salt, pepper and chicken soup. Simmer 45 minutes, or until tender. Serve with (or over) mashed potatoes.
