SALMON LOAF 
1 lb. can salmon
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 1/4 c. cracker crumbs, saltines
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 c milk

Drain and flake salmon. Add the rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees uncovered.
