MEAT LOAF - BARBEQUE STYLE 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1 onion, grated
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. white vinegar
3-4 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix together beef, crumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 can tomato sauce. Form into meat loaf; put in shallow roasting pan that has cover.

Combine the rest of the tomato sauce and all other ingredients in same bowl you used to make meat loaf. Pour over meat loaf and cover. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Baste once or twice. Serves 6-7.
