COUNTRY STYLE MEATLOAF | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 3 pieces bread 2 tbsp. mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 can tomato soup 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese 1 onion 2 tbsp. butter 1 egg Brown onions in butter. Break bread and moisten with water. Add meat, mustard, spices, egg and browned onions. Mix together. Place 1/2 of mixture in pan. Top with cheese. Cover with remaining mixture. Pour soup over meatloaf. Cover and cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cook for 15-20 minutes uncovered. |
