POLYNESIAN PORK CHOPS 
6 to 8 pork chops
1 tbsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/3 c. Heinz 57 sauce
1 tbsp. Crisco
1 tbsp. pepper
1 green pepper, sliced

Brown chops, drain. Season with salt and pepper. Combine pineapple with juice, green pepper and Heinz 57 sauce. Pour over chops. Simmer for 50 to 60 minutes.
