BAKED SALMON LOAF 
1 1/2 c. milk
4 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 small can peas or corn
3 to 5 slices white bread
1 can salmon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
4 tbsp. chopped onion

In a medium saucepan, heat the milk, bread and butter until creamy. Remove bones from salmon carefully, then beat eggs and mix with salmon. Combine the salmon with the bread mixture in the saucepan. Add the can of vegetables to the salmon mixture and mix thoroughly.

Bake in greased bread pan at 350°F for 1 hour.
