MARINATED BAKED SALMON
4 salmon steaks
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. melted butter
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. dry white wine

Wash and pat salmon dry. Combine sugar, butter, soy sauce, lemon juice and wine. Place salmon steaks in a flat glass dish. Pour marinade over fish. Depending on your time schedule, this can stand up to 6 hours but no less than 1 hour, tightly covered. Place in a baking dish and bake 15 minutes in a preheated 400 degree oven. Baste twice during this time. This marinade gives the salmon a sweet and sour taste. Serves 4.

This gave the salmon a really nice, sweet flavor. My kids liked it too!

I cook salmon all the time and was just looking for a recipe that had ingredients which I already had at home. This recipe was excellent! It didn't taste fishy at all! My salmon piece was rather thick, so I had to cook it about 25 minutes. I will definitely make it again!
