CHICKEN POTATO BAKE | |
1/2 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 3 tbsp. butter 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup 1/4 c. milk 1/2 c. shredded cheese 2 1/2 c. cooked, chopped chicken 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen potato nuggets In saucepan cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Blend in soup and milk. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese until melted. Stir in chicken. Spread in 12" x 7 1/2" x 2" baking pan. Arrange potato nuggets on top. Bake at 375 degrees for about 35 minutes. |
