CHICKEN THAT MAKES ITS OWN GRAVY 
1 fryer (3-4 lb.) cut up, skin removed
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter, melted
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 can mushroom soup
Salt & pepper
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
Paprika

Coat chicken with flour. Put butter in pan and arrange chicken in it, salt and pepper. Cook uncovered for 30 minutes at 425 degrees. Turn chicken and bake 20 more minutes. Remove from oven. Pour off excess fat.

Combine milk, soup, mushrooms, cheese and onions. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika and cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
