CHICKEN AND GRAVY 
3 - 3 1/2 lb. fryer, cut up
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter, melted
8-10 sm. onions, cooked
2/3 c. undiluted Carnation milk
10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. processed cheese, grated
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Coat chicken pieces with flour. Place in a single layer, skin down, in melted butter in shallow baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn chicken. Bake until brown and tender (15-20 minutes).

Pour off excess fat. Mix milk, soup, cheese, salt, and pepper. Add 8 to 10 small cooked onions. Pour mixture over chicken; sprinkle with paprika. Cover dish with foil; reduce oven to 325 degrees. Bake 15-20 minutes.
