PETITE CHEESE CAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until light and fluffy. Put vanilla wafer in a cupcake liner, flat side down. Fill 2/3 full with mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until set. Test like cake. Top when cool with fruit pie filling. Chill and refrigerate.
