PETITE CHERRY CHEESE CAKES 
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb. vanilla wafers
2 (20 oz.) cans cherry pie filling

Beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla and lemon juice together until smooth. Line 36 cupcake tins with wax paper muffin liners. Put 1 vanilla wafer in each cup and top with tablespoon of cream cheese filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool and top with tablespoon of cherry pie filling.
