PETITE CHERRY CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
Vanilla wafers
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 can cherry pie filling

Put paper baking cups in each cupcake holder. Put 1 vanilla wafer in each cup. Mix cream cheese, egg, vanilla and sugar. Beat until creamy. Spoon 1 tablespoonful into each baking cup on top of vanilla wafer. Bake at 375 degrees about 20 to 30 minutes. Cool. Top each with cherry pie filling.
