PEPPERONI DIP 
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 lb. pepperoni, finely choppedround loaf of bread

Mix sour cream and pepperoni well. Store, covered, in refrigerator for 2 days before serving. This allows the sour cream to absorb the pepperoni flavor and the pepperoni to soften. Serve in hollowed out loaf of bread with bread pieces for dunking or with plain crackers.
