2 bottles 7-Up
1 sm. (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail
1 banana, thoroughly beaten
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg white, beaten stiff

Mix ingredients and put in refrigerator tray to freeze. Stir occasionally while freezing.
