MAM MAW'S FRUIT SHERBET 
3 oranges
3 lemons
3 bananas
3 pts. water
2 c. sugar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 egg white

Make a syrup of the sugar and water. Extract the juice from the lemons and oranges. Crush the bananas. Add the fruits juices, bananas and crushed pineapple to the syrup. Fold in a stiffly beaten egg white. Freeze. 12 to 15 servings.
