CRABACADO 
2 lg. avocados
1/2 lb. crab meat, flaked
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
1/4 c. celery, diced
1 egg, hard boiled and chopped
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped

Blend all ingredients. Arrange avocado halves on lettuce. Stuff with crab mixture. Decorate with tomato wedges, black olives and artichoke hearts.
