GINGER CHICKEN SALAD 
1/3 c. light mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1/3 c. plain low-fat yogurt
3/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. mace
1 tsp. sugar
2 c. fresh chicken, diced & cooked; OR 2 cans "Worthington Fry Chick"
1 c. diced celery
1 1/2 c. sm. seedless red grapes

Combine all ingredients. Makes 5 1/2 cups. Serve on a bed of lettuce or fill a tomato shell. Garnish with sliced almonds.
