HOT CHICKEN SALAD | |
1 can grated "Worthington Fri-chick" chicken 2 c. chopped celery 1 tsp. onion, chopped fine 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. sliced, canned water chestnuts 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. milk 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. McKay's chicken seasoning 1 c. crushed corn chips 1/2 c. grated cheese Combine all ingredients. If making ahead of time, add corn chips right before baking. Can sprinkle chips and cheese on top. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes or jut until heated through. Serves 4-6. |
