MINTED FRUIT WITH SHERBET 
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. orange juice
2/3 c. lemon juice
2/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
16 c. assorted fresh fruits
Sherbet

Mix sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, water and peppermint extract in bowl; stir until sugar is dissolved. Place fruit on dish pour juice mixture over fruit. Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours. Top with sherbet.
