FRUIT SHERBET AMBROSIA 
3 very lg. oranges, cut in half
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 c. fresh, sweetened, and sliced strawberries
1/3 c. shredded or flaked coconut
Fresh mint (optional)

Remove orange pieces from halves. Remove white membrane from pieces. Set aside. Chill orange halves for 15 minutes in freeze. Line orange halves with orange sherbet about 1/2 inch thick. Leave room for a cavity to hold fruit. Smooth out the sherbet evenly in the orange half. Freeze until firm OR fill immediately and serve.

Reserved orange pieces
Sliced strawberries
Coconut
