WARM POTATO SALAD 
1 kilo (2.2 lb.) potatoes in skins
1 onion, cut in cubes
Flour to thicken
1/8 liter (1/2 c.) sweet cream
Salt
1/8 liter (1/2 c.) cucumber juice
100 grams (1/4 lb.) fat cut in cubes
40 grams (1 1/2 oz.) flour
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/8 liter (1/2 c.) sour cream
1/2 tsp. sugar

Peel, cut potatoes. Pour hot marinade on potatoes. Mix and taste. Add cucumber juice last and simmer at least 1/2 hour.
