POTATO SOUP 
3 qts. boiler of diced potatoes (cover potatoes with water)
Salt (water will thicken as it boils)
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 med. onion chopped fine and sauteed in butter (1 stick butter)
Parsley
1 qt. half and half

Add onion and (and butter it was sauteed in) parsley to potato mixture. Pour in half and half. Mash potatoes slightly. To thicken (if needed) add 1-2 tablespoons flour.
