EASY CHICKEN WITH ONIONS 
6 "meaty" boned chicken breasts
12 to 16 tiny whole white onions, peeled
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. Gallo pale dry sherry
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese, freshly grated

Place chicken in baking dish. Add onions. Mix soup and sherry. Pour over chicken. Grate cheese on top. Refrigerate. When ready, place in 350 degree oven, covered, for 45 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for a good 30 to 45 minutes. Somewhere along the line, add salt and pepper. Serves 6.

If you are in a rush, but a buffet can of onions. It is an 8 1/2 ounce can and contains 10 to 12 onions.
