CHICKEN GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 cans French green beans, drained
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. sour cream
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 stick butter, melted
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1 whole chicken or 4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced

In large casserole dish layer green beans, almonds, onions, and chicken. Mix together soup and sour cream and spread evenly. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine butter and crackers and put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly. For a side dish, omit the chicken.
