CRANBERRY CAKE 
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. milk
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. cranberries

Beat together all ingredients except cranberries. NOTE: There are no eggs in this recipe. Fold in cranberries. Spread batter evenly in a greased 8 or 9-inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm with butter sauce. Makes 8-12.

BUTTER SAUCE:

1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. cream
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour and sugar. Place all ingredients except vanilla in a saucepan. Heat, beating well over high heat until hot and bubbly. Add vanilla and serve warm over the Cranberry Cake.
