CRANBERRY MEAT BALLS 
GROUND BEEF MIXTURE:

2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. corn flake crumbs
1/3 c. parsley, chopped
2 eggs
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 c. catsup
2 tbsp. minced onion

SAUCE:

1 can cranberry sauce
1 bottle chili sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Cook sauce ingredients slowly until melted and bubbly.

Combine first 8 ingredients; blend well. Form into small balls. (Makes about 80 balls, 1" in diameter.) Arrange in 15"x10" pan. Pour prepared sauce over meatballs. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees until done, about 30 minutes.
