CRANBERRY CHUNK SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. diced bananas
3/4 c. whipping cream
1 c. jellied cranberry sauce

Blend well first 4 ingredients. Add next 3 ingredients. Whip whipping cream, add jellied cranberry sauce, cut in cubes to cream. Add all other ingredients. Fold in and freeze. Cut in squares and serve on lettuce.
