HEARTY SUPPER POT 
2 lbs. potatoes
1 lg. can French cut green beans
1 lb. Polish sausage
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
1 tbsp. dill weed

Cut potatoes into cubes and boil until tender. Boil the sausage, then cut into 1/2 inch slices. Set the potatoes and sausage aside.

Melt butter in a pan; add flour and mix well. Slowly stir in milk; cook until it starts to thicken. Add salt, pepper, and dill weed.

Pour mixture over potatoes, then add sausage and green beans. Cook over low heat for just a short time to blend flavors.
