HAWAIIAN CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
1 can coconut or more if in a bag
1 c. broken nuts

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 c. 10x sugar

Mix all cake ingredients together and pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

Beat with mixer. Frost cool cake (I like to sprinkle coconut and finely chopped nuts).
