HAWAIIAN FRUIT CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 (20 oz.) Dole yellow lable crushed pineapple, juice and all
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Mix well together. Add nuts. Put into 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well until creamy. Frost cake hot, about 5 minutes from oven. Cool and refrigerate if desired. Cake is better the second day.
