2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. coconut
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple including the juice
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts, crushed either black walnuts or others

Turn into a greased pan but not floured 9 x 13 inch. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.

ICING:

1/4 lb. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 1/2 c. 10X sugar (or more if needed)
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat all with mixer.
