FISH FILLETS IN LEMON PARSLEY
BUTTER (Microwave)
 
1/4 stick butter
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. celery salt
Dash of pepper
2 lb. fish fillets

Place butter in a 12 x 7 inch glass baking dish, microwave on roast until butter is melted, blend in lemon juice, parsley, celery salt and pepper. Dip each fillet in this mixture. Arrange fillets with thick edges towards outside of dish. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 8-9 minutes. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. 6-8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
