RASPBERRY JAM OATMEAL BARS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. light brown sugar
1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
3/4 c. butter
1 c. thick raspberry jam

Mix together dry ingredients. Add sugar and oats. Cut in butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Press 2/3 of mixture into 11 x 7 inch baking pan. Spread with jam and top with remaining crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven 25 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars. Makes 16 bars.

These were excellent. There was enough mixture to spread in 9x13 pan. I used 1 can of Solofood's raspberry filling instead of jam.
