RASPBERRY JAM OATMEAL BARS | |
1 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. light brown sugar 1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats 3/4 c. butter 1 c. thick raspberry jam Mix together dry ingredients. Add sugar and oats. Cut in butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Press 2/3 of mixture into 11 x 7 inch baking pan. Spread with jam and top with remaining crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven 25 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars. Makes 16 bars. |
