LEMON CHESS PIE 
4 slightly beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour mixed with 1 tbsp. corn meal
1/4 c. milk
4 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated lemon rind

In a medium size bowl, mix all of the above ingredients and pour into an unbaked shell and bake in a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes. A delicious crust is formed on the surface by the corn meal.
