LEMON CHESS PIE 
9" or 10" unbaked pie shell
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornmeal
1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. lemon juice

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs until light and frothy. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into pie shell. Bake 45 minutes.
