MOCK RASPBERRY JAM | |
4 c. green tomatoes 4 c. sugar 1 box (6 oz.) raspberry gelatin Put tomatoes through food processor or grinder. Mix tomatoes and sugar and boil for 7 minutes. Add raspberry gelatin and stir until dissolved. Ladle into hot sterilized half pint jars, using two piece lids. Process 5 minutes in boiling water bath. |
