CHICKEN & RICE CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain & wild rice (not instant)
2 tsp. spice mix from rice box
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix (shake good to mix)
2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 1/2 cans water
Chicken pieces (can cut up whole chicken)

Par boil chicken pieces. Mix the above ingredients in 9"x13" pan (except chicken parts). Top with chicken pieces. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Uncover last 30 minutes to brown chicken.
