SISSIE'S HONOLULU CHICKEN AND
RICE
 
3 lg. chicken breasts, cut in half, boned, skinned
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® Wild and long grain rice
Spices (come in box with rice)
1 sm. can mushrooms, slices or buttons
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope Lipton's Onion Soup

Place rice in large baking dish; spread spices over rice. Add liquid made up of juice from mushrooms and enough water to make 2 cups. Place chicken breasts on top. Add salt and pepper. Over this, place mushrooms, undiluted mushroom soup and onion soup. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
