EASY HAM & ZITI
This recipe is deceptively simple. My grandmother Buckley made it all of my life, and she taught my mom to make it too. Since Mom had 5 of us to feed this recipe was always popular following a ham dinner. I have never come across this recipe anywhere else, and no one else I ever knew made this. I still love it and my kids do too!

2 cups ground (leftover) ham (or more, according to taste)
1 (16 oz.) pkg. ziti noodles
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes (Hunts)
2 cups cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain then combine in a casserole dish with ground ham, tomatoes and cheddar cheese. I always put some extra cheddar cheese on top, too.

Note: Yes, there are no seasonings added. Between the ham and the cheddar you're getting plenty of intense flavors.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
