CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can 1/2 milk, 1/2 water
1 c. uncooked rice
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 pkg. Lipton soup mix (dry) or make own spices combination

SPICES COMBINATION:

1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Soak out whole, cut up chicken or 6 uncooked skinned breasts. Mix all ingredients except chicken. Put in 9x13 pan and dot with butter. Put chicken on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
