2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1/4 c. minced onions
1/2 c. horseradish
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. tomato catsup

Combine first 8 ingredients and mix well. Pour catsup into bottom of greased ring mold. Fill mold with meat mixture and bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 1 hour. Unmold and fill center with cream mushrooms. Serves 8 people.
