1 can Campbell's tomato soup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, cut in chunks
2 c. cooked rice

Combine soup and water (1 small diced onion can be added here also, if desired). Add parsley and heat. Add corned beef chunks to sauce. Heat stirring gently.

To serve make ring around platter with hot cooked rice. Pour corned beef and soup mixture inside ring. Enough for 6.
